Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My son is a 18 years old he is living in Tallahassee for college last year he was in a problem with cocaine and uncontol pill possession on January 9 he was sentenced 2 years of probation the probation officer went to see him on February 2 for the first time and told him that he will be testing next day February 3 I know he hasn't do any drugs since January 9 but what will happen with the residual that he had in his body he uses to smoke

It should not appear. That's the reason is has been nearly a month since he pled that they do the test. They want to make sure his system has "cleaned" out. Also, it is possible that metabolites of marijuana, for example, may show up even beyond a month but it is usually not sufficient to prove they actually smoked anything.
