my son is 40 yers old and has been arrested on 812. 13. 2a, he has prior offences, misdeaminors and failure to appear in court. What would be the consequences?

He is facing up to life in prison. Without much more information one can't say what his sentence would be, but he will definitely score a minimum of several years in prison. You should talk to an attorney in an area where your son has been charged.
