One of my son's friends is now claiming he wanted to have sex with her eventhough she admits he never touched her. He just recently turned 18 and she's 17. what can possibly happen. she's saying he txt her asking her if she wants to come over to the house and have sex but he says he asked her if she wanted to come watch a movie and his sister was in the house, which she was but was in her room. not sure how to approach

An 18 and 17 y/o are not a problem, unless anything was not consensual. There may be other issues such as harassment.

As long as any sex that occurred was consensual, the one year age difference is not illegal and he could not be charged under Florida law.
