Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
This may sound stupid but, i just turned 17 and my girlfriend is 18, over thanksgiving break she invited me to her house because her parents were on vacation and we just spent time together, now this week she messages me telling that her parents hid a camera in the house and paid the local security guard to watch her, now her mother and father really hate me now and now her father wants to get a restraining order against me, but i haven't done anything criminal (i don't think) neither do i pose a threat to her or her family. my question is can he get a restraining order against me?
