Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

To be more specific, I asked a question earlier about VOP. My fiancee served time (6 months) in county jail for petit theft and grand theft. When he was released he was placed on 4 years probation. He has been doing well so far, going to school staying out of trouble looking for work. Now he is facing a new charge driving without a valid Driver's License. Which resulted in a violation of probation and him being arrested. He is going to court and I am wondering what the outcome could possibly be?

He can now face up to 5 years prison for the VOP (or more if the Grand Theft was a 1st or 2nd degree felony). Additionally, he could face up to 60 days jail for the no valid driver's license charge. You should either ask his attorney or hire an attorney to get more details about the possibilities.
