Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is there any way to speed up the trial process and subpeona an accuser to quickly resolve the issue instead of waiting for the slow state legal process.

You can file a request for "speedy trial." Check out the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure for more information. There is a specific form for requesting a speedy trial.
