Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If a state attorney agrees that someone can stay out of jail for a bit to get their affairs in order after being prisecuted, what are the chances a judge wont agree?

That is impossible to answer on this forum. Every judge is different. You should ask an attorney that practices in front of that specific Judge.
