Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
The state of Fl sold my expunged record in 2002, by mistake. Due to this anytime a company runs my background check, through an out source company, I have a 50/50 chance of it coming up. Would I be able to get them expunged again due to this?

You only get one expungement. However, if you contact these companies posting your background, most will take it off their website. Some will charge a fee. Unfortunately, an expungement only applies to government agencies so they are under no obligation to remove it but again most will once you show them the proof of the expungement.
