Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In the state of Florida I have a concealed carry weapons license but I live with my parents, if they are convicted felons can I bring a gun thats registered in my name in the house?

This isn't about your rights but your parents' rights. If you bring any gun, whether you own it or not, near your parents, then it must be locked up, and they can not have any access to it. In other words, you can't just put in your drawer, because then your parents might be able to access the weapon. It MUST be locked up, and only YOU can have access to the gun.
