Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it possible in the state of Florida to convict someone with just video evidence (that was also enhanced and edited) if there is no other evidence and the suspect in the tape was covering part of their face

Sure. The jury or the judge may still be able to identify the person. The would have to be a witness to identify some information about the tape, like when it was recorded and where.
