Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In the state of Florida, is entering a land that is fenced, gated and locked which has a home residing on it, Burglary? Does entering a residence or vehicle need to be committed for burglary?

Entering the land would be trespassing. Entering the home or vehicle could rise to the level of burglary if there was an intent to commit a crime.
