Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In the state of Florida! Can I have a guilty conviction of petty theft expunged or sealed with an adjudicated guilt? if not can I somehow have an overturn to adjudicated guilt to withheld, or guilt to something else.

No it can not be sealed or expunged. You can usually only overturn an adjudication if you are within the time period to appeal, or file a motion to withdraw your plea. Talk to an attorney to see if any of these remote possibilities would help your case.
