In the state of Florida, is it legal to own and carry an auto out the front knife without a concealed weapons license? Are these knives considered an every day pocket knife?

If you mean a switchblade, then no. Any knife that does not fold to close is not a common pocketknife. If the blade is spring loaded it is not a common pocketknife.
