In the State of Florida, how long does the State have to re-file felony and misdemeanor charges after a "no information" has been filed?

From the date of arrest the state has 175 days to file a felony and 90 days to file a misdemeanor. If not arrested, they go by the satute of limitations-1 year for 2nd degree MM, 2 years for 1st degree MM, 3 years for most felonies. Some felonies have a 5 year SOL. And some, particularly sex crimes and murder cases have no statute of limitations.
