In the state of Florida, If a person pleads guilty to grand theft auto what is the min/max likely sentencing?
Also, is there a good chance this person would be deported if he/she is not a legal US citizen?

For the most part, grand theft auto is a third degree felony, punishable by up to 5years in prison (max). The minimum depends on where it took place, your prior record and the facts of the case. You CAN be deported which is why it is important to speak with both a criminal defense lawyer and possibly an immigration attorney.
