Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In the state of Florida, I received an e-mail advising me to "stop running my mouth before someone does it for you". Does that constitute assault or any other chargeable offense? I saved the e-mail and have the sender's e-mail address.

It is not a criminal offense of assault unless they were standing outside your door saying that. It could be a civil claim for harrassment but you need to talk to a civil lawyer for that.
