In the state of Florida, if you get stopped for traffic violation such as speeding while on felony probation, does the officer have the right to search your car even have after you did not give your consent?

For the most part, yes they do have the right since most felony probation you waive your right to being searched as a condition of your probation. It may depend on the exact wording. Now with that said, you could still challenge it as being unconstitutional. I suggest you get an attorney if you have been violated or charged.
