what will state offer for arrest on H O traffic offender 2nd felony?

This is impossible to answer without knowing the actual charge (and facts) and the priors. Also, is this a second degree felony or second felony for the defendant? If one has served some jail time before, the State will probably demand some now. However, if they have bad facts or it is a questionable arrest (was the stop legal?), the State might be willing to take a plea and not require jail time. Good luck.
