Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

different state

I am on probation for HTO in Florida. I transferred to Texas. I was arrested for DWSL in Texas and this was resolved by me agreeing to sit it out in the county jail. Two years passed and my PO said that I could put in for early termination but my probation was revoked when he found out about this arrest. When I go to Florida for my revocation hearing, will I have to serve time again for the arrest in Texas? Will this time even be considered or can it just be thrown out because I served it already? I have kept all of the other terms of my probation.

Re: different state

Firstly, I'm surprised that you are not held in jail on a no bond warrant. Secondly, it is possible that your time counts but it is discretionary. I practice primarily criminal law in Florida and I may be able to help you. If you have any further questions contact me directly.
