Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I'm on state probation for 3 years do to a meth and paraphernalia charge, less than a 1/2 gram, I need rehab. How do I get help without violating and going to prison for 5 years.

Nothing wrong with voluntarily seeking treatment. Set it up and let your probation officer know where you are and seek help. Just like going into a hospital for treatment. You're doing the right thing.
