statuatory rape
My sister is underage 17 to be exact has a 3 year old child and is married but now seperated and is dating a 25 year old man who she has been with for 2 years now can he get in trouble if she is pretty much an adult?

Your question is far too general. From what you have asked I would say that the 25 year old is committing statutory rape if he is having sex with a 17 year old. The 17 year old can try to become a legal adult via the court since she has been married (that may be all it takes) and has a baby. The 25 year old needs to find out if the 17 year old is legally an adult.
