Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi, i just had a Status conference today for a criminal case i am in the middle of which my lawyer said i did not have to attend. My question is i went on the Polk County Fl. Clerk of Courts website and looked up my case files and a new file was submitted today titled "Memo of Court(snapout)". I was just curious what that means and whether it's a good or a bad thing.
