Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Statute of limitation on RE-OPEN the case after dismissal?
this is ridiculous: i was falsely accused for a misdemeanor now the prosecution dropped the case and the case is dismissed for over 3 months. is there a statute of limitation for prosecution to RE-OPEN the case after dismissal? what is the maximum allowance of time the prosecution have to RE-OPEN my case?
please advice! thanks.

I believe the statute is one year from arrest.
