What is the statute of limitations for a doctor filing a fraudulent insurance claim?

Do you mean a civil claim by a doctor? Or do you mean the state filing charges? Fraud is usually governed by a 5 year statute of limitations in order for the state to pursue charges. You need to talk to an attorney and give them more information.
