Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Statute of Limitations
I just found out that I'm listed as a ''Most Wanted'' person by a county I haven't lived in for more than 11 years. The warrant is listed as ''Scheme to Defraud''. Since I haven't lived there for at least 11 1/2 years and have no idea what its about, they won't tell me either, what should I do? I don't even live in the state, live more than 2k miles away and have since 1996.

Re: Statute of Limitations
You may not think you should but you really need to retain counsel. An attorney can find out what the matter is while not exposing you to arrest if you were to show up in the jurisdiction.
In what county was the warrant issued?
