What is the statute of limitations for hit and run in Florida?. No death

It depends. If it's a misdemeanor (such as unoccupied vehicle), then it is one year from the date of accident. For a felony, it would be three years. There are exceptions and tolling periods though such as when a person is out of state or intentionally hiding, so don't just go by my answer here, call an attorney in your area and give details to them and discuss your options.
