I would like to know what the standard punishment for 1 count first time is for felony criminal mischief is.

There is no "standard" punishment. It depends upon the context in which the offense occurred. If it is a 3rd degree felony the maximum punishment is 5 years prison and/or $5000 fine.

There is no "standard" punishment for any crime - it depends upon the context in which the offense occurs, what the prosecutor is offering, what judge you are infront of, etc.
