What are the statutes of limitations on fraud in the state of florida?

It varies greatly depending on the type of fraud. The general rule is three years, but the three years can be extended up to three more years if the fraud isn't discovered within the original three year period.
If you post some more facts, we might be able to give you a better idea because there are many different types of fraud, and I'm assuming you mean criminal fraud.
