statutory rape and underage drinking
my 15 year old friend was at my friend daniella's party this past weekend. daniella's mom provided the alcohol. at this party, a 20 year old guy raped heather when she was drunk. my question is, can heather press charges against ryan without getting daniella's mom in trouble for providing the alcohol at the house they were at.
