Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What are the steps I need to take in order to get my record sealed or expunged in the state of Florida? I am unable to get a job that requires background checks and or an apartment of my own due to having felony charges. Is there anything out there that can help me fix this problem

Assuming you meet all the requirements, you need to follow the instructions on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Website (www.fdle.state.fl.us), then follow the instructions on the website of the clerk's office in the county in which the charge occurred, and you should be fine. You can also easily find inexpensive attorneys who can help you.
