Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I stole 3800.00 from a department store over a 3 month span as a employee. Should my charges be broken up individually or combined into one? If combined into one it would be a class 3 felony in the state of florida as grand theft since it was over 300.00. If they were broken up, they all would be misdemeanors.

It is most likely that the State will make it one felony charge with several counts, or aggregate the amounts into one felony count.
