Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
stolen car
my husband lent out his car to a guy. that guy is now refusing to give it back. the guy is bad news we are afraid he will hurt or kill some -one while he has the car. can you help us we know the neighborhood it is in but it is dangerous and risky and i have small children. we met him yesterday but he peeled away with our car.the police will not help us , beacause it was not stolen it was lent to him .

insist the police get involved. not returning a car is theft. go to the supervisor, they are dead wrong.
