stolen propery
if you did not know the property was stolen but at the time of questioning did not remember the person who sold it too you last name, but have since remembered what can you be charged with?

Dealing in stolen property. The primary question that is looked at is how recently was the property stolen and can you prove that you came into the property with clean hands.
