Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
stop a prison release
I have a cousin who is about to be released from prison after serving 17 yrs on a forty yr sentence. he went for rape and attempted murder. During his incarceration he has bragged about how he ran the prison and he molested me when i was a child and never did time for it. Is there something that I can do to prevent his release. I am afraid for other women and children.

No I don't think you can stop a prison release but you can report the molestation to the state attorney.
