Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If i stoped making payments on property, claimed bankrupcy, the bank doesnt have the property...Is this theft by deception? How much jail time?

This would be a civil action, not a criminal one, unless the goal from the beginning was to defraud the mortgagor, in which case you are not entitled to bankruptcy protection.
