i was stopped in a median 2 sheriff pulled up, lights on,run tag license everything came back then asked me to do roadside sobriety, passed it said everythingd since you dont have anything in your truck you wouldnt mind if we search your truck yes i mind they called dogs said the dog alerted to ouside of 2 doors, i asked them if i could watch while they serarch , no you need to stand back by my car with the other officer, so i cant watch you , no, found a roach of marij then handcuffed me put me in the car.. How will they determine the consequence or sentence i get , off prior or this charge by it self i kmow prior conviction are a factor but how

You need to get an attorney right away. The officers can use dogs to "search" your vehicle but there are several limitations. In fact, they should have let you go when they completed field sobriety exercises if not before then. If successful with the motion to suppress filed by your attorney, then they can't use any evidence that they or the dogs found. I know you asked about the sentence, which would be a maximum of one year in jail, but you should get an attorney to fight this.
