strategy

arrested for residue in baggie filed motion to suppress on the grounds that when the traffic stop was concluded with you are free to go I didnt drive off because I was blocked in and confirmed that by the person who drove my vehicle off having to ask the officer to move , denied now jury selection , going to trial with no physical drugs just plastic and to top it off i just recieved a subpoena with the state requested me as a witness the same day as my date in the am same judge diff prosecutor and in the pm i am fighting my case what is up? and opinion or idea would be great
