Is it a feliony to steal street signs?

If the sign is over $300 on value then it is a felony. However, a theft of a sign may also give rise to other charges such as criminal mischief and other offenses which may be felonies.

It would depend on the value and quantity of the signs. A felony would be committed if the value of the signs is $300.00 or more. Of course, other charges might also be filed based on criminal mischief or such.
