Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I've been studing law for the last four years during my incarceration.I'm stuck as to whats my next step. I want to file a 3.850 before my time limitation is up due to me taking a plea. I've never written a 3.850 and I need to know how to start it out is it possible that you could send me an example?

There are no "examples" because every case is different. I'm sure there are starting points at your law library. Start with the issues you have, tell the judge the law, and tell the judge why you deserve it.
