Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Subpoena of minor child
My minor son has been given a subpoena to testify in some sort of criminal case for a person he has no known knowledge of. It is on a school day and he does not drive. 1. Am I required to make arrangements for transportation, or do I need to take a day off from work? 2. How can they subpoena a minor? 3. How are we to get info regarding who and what this is about? 4. What about school?
Thank you.

Even minors have a civic duty. He will miss a few hours of school. If you cant drive him you need to make arangements.
