subpoena out of state
My son is charged with double homicide. He is in FL.I live in GA.I was mailed a subpoena along with my friend to be questioned by the state via video I assume.They have asked me to Meet a court reporter in Atlanta,GA.I dont feel right without having an attorny,his attorny to protect my rights.Can I request an attorny on my behalf?His attorney and I just spoke 2 weeks ago when I was in FL.He does nothing for my son.Now this .What are my rights.Shouldnt I be present in court during trial?
