Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have been subpoenaed to court on a jury trial as a witness and do not want my personal information divulged to the defendant. Is this possible to work out with the State Prosecutor?

Talk to the prosecutor about your concerns. However, if for whatever reason your personal information is relevant, then you might have to divulge it.
