Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have been Subpoenaed to appear for the prosecuter in a case against a drug dealer. The state found my phone number on his phone, a call I returned to him off my cell phone. They are upset that i could not identify the picture of the dealer. I do not know the person in the photos or by the name given.

Can they try to arrest me for buying drugs when I did not and don't know the person arrested.?

Never been to court before in my life.

There is a lot of complexity to this issue, but when the prosecutor subpoenas you, then they have to offer immunity. However, you really should talk to an attorney in person and give all the details to see if that immunity applies to your situation. You definitely should not say anything until you talk to an attorney.
