Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What does "subponea tecum duces affidavit of service" mean in a criminal case? prosecution says they left messages on the alleged victims phone and still no response. Will this be a good thing in my fiances defense? By the way prosecutors do not want to proceed to trial but resolve the issue.

A subpeona duces tecum is a court order that requires some person to appear in front of the court, and bring a certain document with them. I think you need to speak to your fiance's attorney to figure out what is going on.
Good luck!
