Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Has anyone ever been successfully, or unsuccessfully, prosecuted for murder by stress? The reason I ask is because I think my husband and his girlfriend are trying to cause me to die of a heart attack. My husband has a history of psychological and emotional abuse, and his first wife did actually die of a heart attack after he began an adulterous affair. If he succeeds in indirectly causing my death, I would not want him to get away with it. Thank you for your reply.
