Can I Sue???

I have been arrested but not chaged with Lewd and Lascivious on Elderly Person. I spent 36 hours in jail before posting $2000 bond. I believe i will not be charged in this matter. If I am not chrged can I then sue all parties involved with the accusation and subsequent arrest for defamation of character, libel, or slander?

That depends on many things. Your first priority, at this point, should be defending yourself against the charges. The best time to do that is before the charges are filed. If you do not yet have a lawyer, you need to get one.
