Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can we sue bar that served my son who got into accident. He has just been classified as habitual drunkard?

This isn't really a criminal law section, but the bar could be held liable under dramshop laws, which holds bar owners civilly liable for someone they should not have served. You need to contact a civil lawyer that handles these types of cases.
