Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can I sue the police for being tasered? They charged me with a resisting without violence.. I was taking to the hospital and seems like ever since I got zapped been having chest pains. I already take high blood pressure meds and to top it off they shot me in the chest. Thanks!!

Odds are if they actually had grounds to arrest you then no. You can consult with a lawyer who handles what are known as 1983 actions if you want to be certain. The use of the taser alone will not be grounds to sue if they were justified.
