Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What does it mean when you have a supplemental narrative report already filed and signed. On the form they had the statues they will be charging them with and it said they are committed before they even questioned the suspect. what does this all mean?

My guess would be that the officer has filed a supplemental report. You need to ask your attorney the specifics about it, and if you don't have an attorney, get one immediately.
