Suppression Denied

the judge denied my motion to supress,isnt this a pre trial issue,and can i appeal the judges decision befor my trial, because if it gets overturned there wont be a trial please let me know if this is correct so i can find a appellet lawyer

No you need to wait until after trial. It would be an issue in your direct appeal.
